Concord Summit Capital (CSC) is a premier nationwide intermediary between sponsors and providers of capital in commercial real estate transactions. The firm specializes across all asset classes, including office, retail, land, multifamily, mixed-use, industrial, and hospitality, delivering structured debt and equity solutions for transactions ranging from $3 million to $1 billion. CSC serves as a strategic advisor to sponsors, guiding transactions from initial engagement through underwriting, capital sourcing, negotiation, and successful closing.
Led by Chairman Kevin O’Grady, a forty-year industry veteran who has completed more than $35 billion in transactions, CSC combines institutional expertise with an entrepreneurial approach. Headquarters in Miami, with offices in New York, Dallas -Fort Worth, Denver, and Los Angeles, the firm delivers flexible, high-touch capital solutions designed to meet the evolving needs of sponsors nationwide.
CSC has strategic alignment to Summit Investment Management, Concord Wilshire Companies and CS Funding.
Summit Investment Management acquires distressed assets and non-performing loans from all banks and financial institutions across the nation. All such transactions are underwritten and funded by Summit Investment Management, who has been in business for 20 years. Headquartered in Denver that has deployed over $1.8 billion across a range of industries and capital structures.
