Kevin O’Grady

Co-CIO, and Partner

Kevin O’Grady is the Chairman, Co-CIO, and Partner of Concord Summit. With over 40 years of commercial real estate finance and related industry experience, Mr. O’Grady provides solutions for commercial real estate transactions across all asset classes, including office, retail, multifamily, for-sale residential condominiums, hospitality, industrial, and mixed-use developments, both urban and suburban. In his combined experience, Mr. O’Grady has been responsible for the development of over 10 million square feet of commercial projects, 23 master planned housing communities, 6 million square feet of commercial leasing, and over $35 billion in structured finance closings.
Prior to founding Concord Summit, Mr. O’Grady was SVP and Managing Director with Walker and Dunlop. Mr. O’Grady has also served as a founding member of the National Equity Practice Group of Cohen Financial, a partnership with Guggenheim, a Director at LJ Melody, and a senior officer at various recognized development companies, including Atlantic Gulf Communities, HF Ahmanson, Robert Trent Jones Development, Turner Development, and CSX Development.

CJ Burger, President, CEO, Principal, and Founder of Summit Investment Management, and formerly with Fleet Bank, Coopers and Lybrand. Summit Investment Management invests in and manages distressed and underperforming debt in both Commercial & Industrial (C&I) and commercial real estate sectors, as well as other financial instruments. Summit Investment Management is also a Co-CIO and Co-Founder of Concord Summit Capital.
Since its inception, Summit Investment Management has closed in excess of 400 transactions with institutions across the country and around the world, including under-performing and distressed debt, corporate restructurings, and complex opportunistic credits and joint ventures.
Since its inception, Summit Investment Management has invested more than $2 billion across a spectrum of industries and capital structures with transactions ranging in size from $1 million to $75 million. Summit Investment Management has been in business for 23 years.

Nate Sirang is President of Concord Wilshire, a nationally recognized leader in residential, resort, and mixed-use real estate development and construction with over $13 billion in total value of developed and acquired assets. Concord Wilshire is also a Co-CIO and Co-Founder of Concord Summit. Since 1992, Concord Wilshire has been developing, constructing, and investing in distinguished real estate assets in major markets throughout the United States. An award-winning company, Concord Wilshire has received an array of accolades for many of its developments nationwide, in recognition of its commitment to development, marketing, architectural design, and interior design. Concord Wilshire has a successful, extensive track record spanning multiple investment cycles.
Concord Wilshire is also a Co-founder of Concord Crest, a land-use advisory and permit-expediting company that provides services to property owners and developers.

Cherie Adams is a talent acquisition executive with more than a decade of experience leading recruitment strategy, organizational growth, employment branding, and the development of high-performing teams. As Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Concord Summit Capital, she oversees national recruiting initiatives to build top-tier commercial real estate finance teams across major markets, including Miami, New York, Dallas, Denver, and Los Angeles.
Throughout her career, Adams has held several executive and senior leadership roles, including President and Director of Recruitment for nationwide organizations with global delivery capabilities. Her background includes executive recruiting, strategic talent acquisition, and team scaling in highly competitive, growth-oriented industries.
She also served as a Corporate Talent Acquisition Strategist for a privately held hospitality management and investment firm that owned, developed, financed, and operated hospitality assets nationwide.
Her experience spans multiple industries, including commercial real estate, finance, and hospitality, with a strong focus on relationship-driven recruiting and long-term organizational growth.

Aryeh Friedman

Aryeh Friedman

Senior Vice President of Lending

Aryeh Friedman has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, spending the majority of his career on the finance side for national and regional private lenders, debt funds, hedge funds, and intermediaries. He has originated senior secured debt, mezzanine, construction and acquisition loans, as well as arranged distressed debt deals. His experience covers all major property types, including retail, office, industrial, multifamily, data center, and hotel.
Before joining Concord Summit Funding, he was a member of Rok Lending, where he was responsible for expanding the lending in new markets across the U.S. Prior to that, he sourced debt as Senior Managing Director for Madison Realty Capital, as well as leading all lending activities for the U.S. Eastern Seaboard for a Canadian-based debt fund.
Friedman began working in real estate finance in 1997 at Titan Capital, after co-founding and serving as President of the commercial real estate advisory division of Grubb & Ellis.

Josh Roth

Josh Roth

Vice President of Lending Division

Josh brings over 8 years of experience in commercial real estate lending, executing over $400 million in debt transactions across all major asset types.
Prior to joining Concord Summit, he served as a Director of Loan Originations at BEB Capital, where he originated first-mortgage bridge loans across the industrial, multifamily, retail, and hospitality sectors.
Josh previously worked as a Loan Originator at Romspen Investment Corporation, where he sourced and underwrote U.S. loans for the firm. In this role, he assisted with sourcing, evaluating, underwriting, and closing new loans. Prior to Romspen, he worked as a summer analyst for The Related Companies in New York City.
Education: Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics, University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Daniel Eidson, Senior Managing Director, is recognized for his leadership in real estate capital markets and deep transactional experience.
Eidson specializes in arranging debt and equity financing for institutional and private multifamily and commercial real estate owners and developers nationally. With over a decade of principal investing and advisory experience, he has successfully closed over $4 billion in transactions, spanning thousands of units and millions of square feet at various stages of development across the United States.
Since joining Concord Summit in October 2022, Eidson has expanded the firm’s presence by leveraging his background in complex capital structuring and client advisory.

Michael Laurencelle, who will be leading the office, is a highly accomplished commercial real estate capital markets leader with over 30 years of industry experience and more than $3 billion in closed commercial mortgage volume. He is recognized for his deep expertise in Equity, Mezz, JV Equity, FHA, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, CMBS, bridge, and construction financing, and for delivering tailored debt solutions for institutional, private, and owner-operator clients across the United States.
Michael has held senior origination and leadership positions at JLL, Greystone, CPC, Pinnacle Financial Partners, and BankFinancial, and brings a proven track record of execution across multifamily and specialty asset classes, including self-storage.

Tyler launched his real estate career in 2002 after a successful stint as a derivatives trader at a Chicago-based hedge fund. This unique blend of finance and real estate has shaped his strategic approach to the market. Quickly rising through the ranks, Tyler became the Managing Director of a prominent real estate development and investment firm. Over 15 years, he expertly directed the company’s extensive development and investment portfolio, overseeing $250 million plus in acquisitions, developments, and dispositions across the U.S., Mexico, and the Caribbean. Since joining Concord Summit in 2021, Tyler has proven to be a top producer in commercial real estate, originating and structuring over $1 billion in debt and equity financing transactions. Tyler’s prominence is in Hospitality and Luxury real estate financings.

Mr. Larson specializes in debt placement, investment sales, structured Finance, and buy-side advisory. He is adept in numerous real estate strategies, including real estate strategic planning, land use advisory, and debt/equity capital markets execution.
Throughout his career, Mr. Larson has been involved in over $1 billion in structured finance transactions.
Mr. Larson graduated from the University of Denver, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Finance. In his free time, he enjoys golf, snowboarding, surfing, fishing, and free diving.

Jack McLarty

Jack McLarty

Managing Director

McLarty, Managing Director, is responsible for originating, structuring, and executing commercial real estate debt and equity financing transactions across multiple asset classes (multifamily, office, retail, hospitality, industrial, and mixed-use properties).
Before joining the firm, he worked in the CRE group at Provident Bank, where he originated the largest loan in the bank’s nearly 200-year history. Prior to that, McLarty founded and served as Managing Director of the Capital Markets platform at First National Realty Partners, where he originated over $850 million in acquisition facilities and was instrumental in various capital-raising initiatives.
Previously, he worked for an LA-based debt fund and was a founding member of the Investment Banking Group at Mirae Asset Securities & Investments. Before Mirae, McLarty held positions with J.P. Morgan, Bank of China, and Israel Discount Bank in New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles. His experience has primarily been focused on originating, underwriting, and executing capital markets and acquisition opportunities.

Thomas Laurencelle is a Managing Director at Concord Summit Capital, where he focuses on structuring and placing customized debt and equity solutions for commercial real estate clients. He brings more than a decade of experience in capital markets, with a particular focus on agency and secondary market financing, including Equity, Mezzanine, JV Equity, FHA, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, CMBS, Bridge, and Construction loans. Over the course of his career, Tom has closed more than $1 billion in financing across a wide range of property types, including multifamily, affordable housing, office, self-storage, BTRs, retail, hospitality, industrial, and senior housing.
Before joining Concord Summit Capital, Tom was a Managing Director in JLL’s Capital Markets. He previously held senior origination and structured finance roles at Greystone, The Community Preservation Corporation, Hunt Real Estate Capital, and BankFinancial. Earlier in his career, he worked in capital markets at Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation and developed a strong foundation in relationship-driven sales at NCR Corporation. He also brings an entrepreneurial perspective from his experience as the owner of Advanced Automated Technologies, Inc.
Tom is known for combining strong technical expertise with a practical, relationship-first approach. His background in both finance and sales allows him to cut through complexity, develop creative financing strategies, and build long-term partnerships with clients ranging from individual investors to large, national real estate platforms.
